From fundamentals like footwork, timing, and defense to developing real power and precision, we build complete athletes, not just bag hitters. At Coast to Coast Athletic Club, our adult boxing program has helped members lose up to 45 pounds in just 6 months while gaining strength, energy, and confidence. Unlike traditional gym routines, boxing works your entire body, engaging your core, legs, and upper body with every punch. It’s high-energy, calorie-burning, and stress-relieving

Youth Striking

At Coast to Coast Athletic Club, our youth striking program is designed to be safe, encouraging, and structured for growth. Our experienced instructors work with students of all levels — from beginners putting on gloves for the first time to athletes already competing. Boxing helps kids develop confidence, discipline, and resilience, all while staying active and having fun. It’s the perfect balance of fitness, skill, and personal development.

Promotes Safety

From day one, our top priority is preventing injury. We make this a reality by teaching students proper forms, showing them how to utilize the correct muscles with each move, and perfecting the basics before jumping into the ring.. We’ll begin by mastering jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts. As you advance through our boxing curriculum, you’ll acquire more advanced skills and begin to incorporate a greater amount of sparring into your workout.

Teaches Self-Defense

We don’t just teach people to throw punches at a bag. We teach how to move your feet with purpose, how to protect yourself with proper guard, how to create timing and accuracy, and how to generate true power from your hips. Our athletes learn that the body itself is a weapon — one that requires discipline, control, and respect to use effectively.
